The Joker Canisters are a reference to one of the Joker’s classic weapons: Smilex gas, which kills its victims in a horrible fit of laughing, often leaving them dead with big grins fixed onto their faces. I think that this challenge may as well be “in different matches”, because you’d be hard-pressed to make it to two POIs considering the time constraint.
